Our store is hosted primarily on www.tribalmart.org and its associated websites like www.tribalshop.org, www.foresttribes.org, www.tribalworld.org, www.nawatribes.org, www.adhivasi.org, www.adhivasitribalmart.org, and until otherwise declared we don’t have any physical store elsewhere apart from our campus in B R Hills and a few places in the District of Nilgiris, Mysuru and Bengaluru.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute or difference of option arising out of this Agreement or in connection with its implementation or execution, which cannot be settled amicably between the parties hereto through dialogue or discussion, shall be finally settled exclusively by Arbitration. The dispute shall be referred to dialogue or discussion, shall be referred to the sole arbitration of a person to be appointed by Adhivasi Tribal Mart LLP and arbitration the sole arbitration shall be held under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any re-enactment, modification or amendment thereto. The fee and/ or expenses of the Arbitration proceeding shall be borne by you.
The party invoking arbitration shall specify the dispute or differences to be referred to arbitration under this clause together with amount or amounts claimed in respect of each such dispute. The other party shall be entitled to file its counter claims, if any.
For the purpose of invoking this arbitration clause, the notice shall be served in advance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to a contract executed and performed in such jurisdiction without giving effect to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof. You further hereby agree that due to any reasons you choose to litigate, the Courts at Chamarajanagar, Karnataka – 571313, India will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over such
